Privacy notice
Access Fit (beta). Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
Access Fit is run by Jayesh Arjan, trading as Access Health, 37a Enmore Road, Southall UB1 2PG. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [your contact email].
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in, and the date you gave consent.
- The details you enter for your target: age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal.
- What you log: the foods and drinks you describe or photograph, their estimated calories and macros, the plan habits you tick, your meal and workout plan progress, and the activities and workouts you record in Training.
- Feedback you send us, and, if you leave the box ticked, what you logged that day.
- A count of how many AI estimates you use each day, to keep costs fair.
Some of this, such as your weight, what you eat and your activity, counts as information about your health. We only use it to run the app for you, and we process it on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
Photos
When you snap a meal photo, it is shrunk on your phone and sent to our server, which passes it to our AI provider to estimate the food. We do not store your photos. Only the resulting list of foods is saved.
Who processes your data for us
- Supabase: sign-in and database where your account and logs are stored.
- Vercel: hosts the app and its server.
- Anthropic: the Claude AI that turns your descriptions and photos into food estimates. It receives your description or photo only to return the estimate, under its commercial terms.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and logs while you use the app. You can delete everything at any time from Account → Delete my account and data, which removes it permanently. During the beta, feedback may be kept until the beta ends so we can fix problems.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Not medical advice
Access Fit gives estimates to guide everyday eating and activity. It is not a medical device and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, speak to your doctor before changing your diet.
